Spine Care Program

Purpose: To provide a comprehensive rehabilitation program for patients with acute, subacute and chronic orthopedic/musculoskeletal disorders. Additionally our program will provide education and treatment for presurgical and post-surgical condition.

We offer specialized rehabilitation programs in an outpatient setting including:

Orthopedic rehabilitation - For patients who have had hip or knee replacements, sports injuries, or orthopedic surgery. Treatment areas are spacious including an 8,000 square foot orthopedic gym along with private treatment spaces.

Neurological rehabilitation - For patients who have sustained a spinal cord injury, stroke, brain injury, or other neurological event that has caused weakness in one or more areas of the body.

Hand rehabilitation - For patients who have sustained any type of injury to the hand, wrist, or fingers.

Pediatric rehabilitation - For children from birth to age 21 with rehabilitation needs.
